This workshop will provide an overview of the people that have influenced the ‘I-SPOT-DUDS’ method and introduce participants to each of the nine wastes in the context of modern workplaces. At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to identify the nine types of wastes and will be provided with the skills needed to identify, remove and account for waste within their workplace.
