Our Online Courses

Hosted by OpenLearning and facilitated by Kellie Coff, MBA; this course will result in at least $1,080.00 worth of process improvement and organisational efficiency savings to the organisation for every person who completes their final assessment. For some graduates of this course, your process improvement ideas may save over $100,000 in lost productivity and process waste for your organisation.

This workshop will provide an overview of the people that have influenced the ‘I-SPOT-DUDS’ method and introduce participants to each of the nine wastes in the context of modern workplaces. At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to identify the nine types of wastes and will be provided with the skills needed to identify, remove and account for waste within their workplace.
